Today I came across an opinion piece in the Herald Sun by the hijab wearing News Corp editorial assistant Naz Jacobs, taking a swipe at Pauline Hanson. Not to give Naz’s narrative much oxygen, she mockingly poses this question regarding Pauline Hanson’s call for a Royal Commission into Islam:
“How exactly does one call an official inquiry into a belief system?”
Well Naz, probably in a similar fashion to how we interrogated Nazism during the Nuremberg trials, Communism during the McCarthy era,or even how Scientology was pursued here in Australia during the Victorian Board of Inquiry into Scientology (the Anderson Report).
Oh but that’s right Naz, the belief system of Islam is beyond inquiry and reproach.
Never mind it’s a belief system so synonymous with terrorism, that it is more often enough tied to daily attacks around the world. A belief system so total and uncompromising in its aim to convert or kill, that it seeks to obliterate the Dar al-Garb (House of the West) by making it submissive to the Dar al-Islam (House of Islam) via tricking, lying, suing, assaulting or murdering those who rebel.
No, no, no Naz, it is the hundreds of thousands of Australians who voted for Pauline Hanson’s One Nation Party who’re being the “intolerant”, “bigoted” and “racist” ones. How dare we question this draconian throw-back ideology from the 6th century.
To paraphrase Gavin McInnes, when asked the question “Would you vote for a Muslim to be President?”, McInnes responds by saying in so many words “Of course I wouldn’t! That’d be like voting a Nazi into office in 1942”.
Islam is at war with the West, and in my opinion the sizeable support for Pauline Hanson’s One Nation Party is a totally reasonable reaction to the presence of Islam.
