Thought for the Day: Section 44, Treason, and the Greens

Section 44 of the Australian Constitution sets out restrictions on a person’s eligibility to hold Federal Office:

44. Any person who –

(i.) Is under any acknowledgement of allegiance, obedience, or adherence to a foreign power, or is a subject or a citizen or entitled to the rights or privileges of a subject or citizen of a foreign power: or

(ii.) Is attainted of treason…

It is a wonder Scott Ludlam is the only Greens Senator who has been forced to resign.

Too right. They all have an allegiance to the “Queen of Australia” which, thanks to Whitlam and his Royal Style and Titles Act 1973 and the Australia Act 1986, the aforementioned queen is a corporate fake and therefore a foreign power. Have I spelled “treason” correctly?

I’ve been saying for decades that after the passing of the Australia Act by Australia and the UK parliaments in the same 24 hour period we should have had a new Constitution voted on by us plebs, the one we use now is a total mess, it still talks about paying people in Pounds.
Problem is the plebs are too scared to speak out, too much of the she’ll be right mate it doesn’t affect me attitude.

Some say that the constitution is not legal itselfas,Billy Hughes refused to have it ratified by a referendum in 1919 . Our constitution is only an act of Westminster and has never been ratified in Australia.

Will he have to repay his ill gotten gains?
Wouldn’t it be called defrauding the Commonwealth, that’s you and me!

  • I’d wager 99% of Parliament are treasonous (as a bare minimum). Every day they continue the subjugation of our country to UN treaties that restrict our sovereignty, misdirect our national efforts against the interests of the Australian people, and compel us to become a multi-ethnic nightmare operated solely for the benefit of (((global))) corporations.

Abbott, like Rudd before him, played the game Rupert Moloch asked him to and was tossed aside like the toy he was when his usefulness ended and he deviated from an approved path.

Even Bernardi has now emailed his loyal LNP escapees to tell them of the importance of standing with Israel. So no fucking choice whichever way you put it.
