Two other strong supporters of The XYZ, Pro Tamar Valley Pulp Mill and Islamodacity, have had run-ins with Facebook’s censorship zealots in recent times. And as we all know, Milo Yiannopoulos has gained worldwide fame thanks to the Twitter powers-at-be who thought they could just shut him up.
And so the information war continues.
As libertarians, we support Facebook’s and Twitter’s right to set the terms of engagement on what is, after all, their private property. But as strong proponents of the free market, we are also in favour of developing alternative platforms for the promotion of views which counter the politically correct “progressive” narrative, and of platforms which allow free and open debate, completely uncensored. We look forward to the creation of new social media platforms, new tradtional media platforms, and media platforms which have not yet been conceived, to further the Western Revolt.
