Yesterday the world was dealt a final blow by former heavyweight boxing champion of the world Muhammad Ali (aka Cassius Clay, Jr), after announcements of his death in hospital (as a result of septic shock).
Ali was undeniably a controversial bloke, namely because of his affiliations with the black supremacist group The Nation of Islam (which is well known for disseminating anti-white and anti-semetic rhetoric) and dodging the draft for the Vietnam War.
However most will remember him for his expertise at dominating the media with his trash-talk towards opponents and self-aggrandizing rhetoric (i.e. “I AM THE GREATEST!”).
Ali was an absolutely brilliant sportsmen, and his legacy will forever be enshrined within the grandeur of the ring.
RIP Muhammad Ali!
