Jesus was a refugee – WHO WENT BACK

2
Flight into Egypt, Bassano Jacopo, 1541-1542. From beni cultarali.

Tonight’s reading comes from Matthew 2:13-23 New King James Version.

From Bible Gateway:

The Flight into Egypt

13 Now when they had departed, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream, saying, “Arise, take the young Child and His mother, flee to Egypt, and stay there until I bring you word; for Herod will seek the young Child to destroy Him.”

14 When he arose, he took the young Child and His mother by night and departed for Egypt, 15 and was there until the death of Herod, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying, “Out of Egypt I called My Son.”

Massacre of the Innocents

16 Then Herod, when he saw that he was deceived by the wise men, was exceedingly angry; and he sent forth and put to death all the male children who were in Bethlehem and in all its districts, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had determined from the wise men. 17 Then was fulfilled what was spoken by Jeremiah the prophet, saying:

18 “A voice was heard in Ramah,
Lamentation, weeping, and great mourning,
Rachel weeping for her children,
Refusing to be comforted,
Because they are no more.”

The Home in Nazareth

19 Now when Herod was dead, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt, 20 saying, “Arise, take the young Child and His mother, and go to the land of Israel, for those who sought the young Child’s life are dead.” 21 Then he arose, took the young Child and His mother, and came into the land of Israel.

22 But when he heard that Archelaus was reigning over Judea instead of his father Herod, he was afraid to go there. And being warned by God in a dream, he turned aside into the region of Galilee. 23 And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, “He shall be called a Nazarene.”

It is a common tactic open borders globalists to guilt trip Christians into accepting refugees on the grounds that “Jesus was a refugee”. Many cuck Christians will make this argument as well. Recently, the ABC featured a fat chick and a soy boy singing a song criticising Australian PM “Stop the Boats” ScoMo using this favoured wedge:

“He loves Jesus Jesus but not refujesus.”

Great.

Matty’s Modern Life provides an excellent summary in the above video of why protecting a nation’s borders, and thus protecting the people within, is in keeping with Christian values.

Aside from the fact that the left are quite happy to accept fake refugees:

And are perfectly happy to demonise genuine refugees:

One can easily quote scripture to provide a reason why we should not be guilt tripped into accepting millions of fake refugees from parts of the world which have exactly zero chance of integrating with the West:

Jesus was a refugee – WHO WENT BACK.

And I quote:

19 Now when Herod was dead, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt, 20 saying, “Arise, take the young Child and His mother, and go to the land of Israel, for those who sought the young Child’s life are dead.” 21 Then he arose, took the young Child and His mother, and came into the land of Israel.

Even when they heard that the political situation in Israel was not completely ideal, they still chose to live in an area geographically and culturally closer to their homeland, rather than stay in foreign Egypt:

22 But when he heard that Archelaus was reigning over Judea instead of his father Herod, he was afraid to go there. And being warned by God in a dream, he turned aside into the region of Galilee. 23 And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, “He shall be called a Nazarene.”

When the globalists talk about the “need” for the West to accept “refugees” what they really mean are “permanent immigrants who will provide no benefit whatsoever to your country so we’re going to tell you that if you don’t accept them they’ll die and it will be your fault. Because holocaust.”

I mean, even Joseph was a chippie.

How often do you hear of “refugees” going back permanently to their home country once the political situation has stabilised?

Not very.

If anybody tries to use the “Jesus was a refugee” line on you, tell them that what they really mean is that they are trying to use the genuine plight of real refugees to push a mass immigration and anti-white agenda on you.

Then refer them to Exodus 20:16.

The communists hate Asian refugees almost as much as white ones. Here’s an article by the toe rags at the SAlt slandering South Vietnam:

The left hate anyone who believes in hard work and not thievery and trickery.

They hate them because they know that they won’t vote for them.
